Policy for Virtual Sessions (Summary) Welcome to my summarized policy for virtual sessions. This aims for clarity, safety, and compliance with laws such as the ECA (Law No. 8.069/1990), LGPD, and the Penal Code. By scheduling, you accept the terms. Violations lead to interruption without refund. 1. Eligibility - Minimum age: 18 years proven. I do not serve minors, in compliance with the ECA. Identity verification may be required; suspicious sessions are canceled and reported. 2. Practices and Limits - Based on adult and legal consent. I prohibit illegal or immoral co practices. - I do not perform: Pedophilia, Zoophilia (environmental crime), Scat, Flatophilia, Crush Fetish (with animals/insects), Castration. - Other restrictions: Real violence, self-mutilation, discrimination, suicide, or crimes. Attempts to exceed limits end the session without refund. 3. Scheduling and Payment - Schedule via official channels with clear details. - Full advance payment (Pix, transfer, etc.). No installments. - No refund for: Cancellation after confirmation, lateness (>5 min, session continues with remaining time), early departure (disconnection or dissatisfaction). - Refund only if I cancel (my issues), within 7 days. 4. Duration and Conduct - Fixed duration (e.g., 30-60-90 min), (as reserved) no free extensions. - Conduct: Mutual respect; abuses end the session. Use stable connection and private environment. Secure platforms (Zoom, etc.); recordings only with consent. - Privacy: Mutual confidentiality, in accordance with LGPD. 5. Cancellations and Unforeseen Events - By the client: <48h no refund; >48h may receive credit. - By me: Refund or rescheduling in cases of force majeure. - Emergencies: One reconnection attempt; if it fails, rescheduling or proportional refund at my discretion. 6.
