Attendance Policy for Virtual and In-Person Sessions
Welcome to my attendance policy for virtual and in-person sessions. This policy aims to establish clear, transparent, and safe rules for both parties, ensuring mutual respect, legality, and compliance with ethical and legal standards, including the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA - Law No. 8.069/1990), which protects the rights of children and adolescents in Brazil. By scheduling or participating in a session, you fully agree to these terms. Any violation may result in the immediate interruption of the session without refund.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
* **Minimum Age:** I do not attend to anyone under 18 years of age. All participants must be of legal age (18 years or older) and prove this through identity verification if requested. This is in accordance with the ECA, which prohibits any form of exploitation or exposure of minors to adult or potentially harmful content.
* **Verification:** I reserve the right to request identification documents to confirm legal age. Sessions showing any indication of minor participation will be immediately canceled and reported to the competent authorities, as required by law.
2. Allowed Practices and Limits
* **Consent and Legality:** All sessions are based on mutual, adult, and informed consent. I do not perform, promote, or discuss illegal, immoral practices, or any that violate human rights, animal rights, or current Brazilian legislation (including the Penal Code and the ECA).
* **Practices Not Performed:** My personal and ethical limits include the absolute prohibition of the following practices, even in fictional or simulated contexts:
* Pedophilia (any content or simulation involving minors, prohibited by the ECA and the Penal Code, Articles 240-241).
* Zoophilia (any involvement with animals, considered a crime under Article 32 of the Environmental Crimes Law - Law No. 9.605/1998).
* Scat (practices involving feces).
* Flatophilia (practices involving flatulence).
* Crush Fetish (with animals or insects, which may constitute animal mistreatment, prohibited by environmental legislation).
* Castration.
* **Other Restrictions:** I do not conduct sessions that encourage real violence, self-mutilation, suicide, discrimination (based on race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.), or any activity that could be interpreted as a crime. If during the session there is an attempt to exceed these limits, the session will be terminated without refund.
3. Scheduling and Payment
* **Scheduling:** Sessions must be scheduled in advance via official channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email). Provide clear details about your expectations to avoid misunderstandings.
* **Payment:** Payment is made in advance: 50% to reserve your time slot in the agenda and the other 50% upon entering the suite. For foreigners and payments via installment link, the full amount must be paid in advance through secure methods (e.g., bank transfer, Pix, or platforms such as PayPal). There is no installment plan or later payment.
* **No-Refund Policy:**
* I do not refund the money if you cancel the session after the booking has been confirmed.
* In case of client delay (more than 5 minutes), the session will continue with the remaining time, without extension or refund.
* There is no discount or refund if you leave before the end of the session for any reason (including technical disconnection or dissatisfaction).
* Refunds will only be considered in cases of cancellation on my initiative (e.g., my technical problems or emergencies) and will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Duration and Conduct During the Session
* **Duration:** Sessions have a fixed duration (e.g., 60, 90, 120, or 240 minutes), agreed upon at the time of scheduling. There is no extension without additional payment.
* **Conduct:** Maintain respect and confidentiality. Any abusive, disrespectful behavior, or any that violates the agreed limits will result in immediate interruption without refund.
* **Technical Requirements:** You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a compatible device (with camera and microphone, if applicable), and a private environment. Virtual sessions take place via secure platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram). I do not allow recordings without mutual consent; violations may lead to legal action.
* **Privacy and Confidentiality:** All information exchanged is confidential. I do not share personal data without authorization, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018). You must also maintain the confidentiality of the session.
5. Cancellations and Unforeseen Events
* **Cancellation by the Client:** Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice do not generate a refund. With more than 48 hours’ notice, credit for a future session may be offered at my discretion.
* **Cancellation by Me:** I reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions for personal, technical, or force majeure reasons, with a full refund or rescheduling.
* **Emergencies:** In cases of technical disconnection, I will attempt to reconnect once. If reconnection is not possible, the session may be rescheduled or proportionally refunded at my discretion.
6. Responsibilities and Disclaimers
* **Informed Consent:** By participating, you declare that you are aware of the emotional or psychological risks inherent in adult sessions and assume full responsibility for your participation. I recommend consulting mental health professionals if necessary.
* **Disclaimer of Liability:** I am not responsible for any physical, emotional, financial, or legal damages arising from the session. You participate of your own free will and must ensure that your actions are legal in your jurisdiction.
* **Legal Compliance:** All sessions comply with Brazilian laws, including the ECA (prohibition of any content that exposes minors to risks), the Penal Code (prohibition of crimes such as sexual exploitation or mistreatment), and the LGPD (data protection). Any suspicion of illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
